• 2' x 4' two divider pan made from 20ga. 304 stainless steel. Pan comes with two 1/4" and two 3/4" fittings on opposite corners for reverse flow, one 3/4" stainless steel draw-off valve.

 

• 8" x 8" x 24" Warming pan made from 20ga. 304 stainless steel. Warming pan comes with one 1/2" fitting and 1/2" stainless steel valve.

 

• 2" x 4" Arch with 6" collar for stack (stack not included). Arch comes with insulated door and back wall, leveling legs, fire grate, pan gasket, four position draft door, bricking instructions.

 

• Rated for 50 to 100 taps.

 

• 12 gallons per hour evaporation rate.
